Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to check in.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid photo identification.
The endless amenities at Atlantis, Paradise Island are available to all Owners and guests of Harborside Resort at Atlantis to enjoy. When you desire a little quiet and relaxation, you can return to Harborside Resort at Atlantis where the amenities are available only to Owners and guests of the villa resort.
Please note the pools at Harborside Resort at Atlantis and the pools and beaches at Atlantis, Paradise Island close at 6 p.m. during the winter and 7 p.m. in the summer. Also, pools and restaurants at Atlantis, Paradise Island close on a rotating schedule. Please check with the Concierge prior to arrival about potential closures during your stay.

Check Cashing Policy
The resort is unable to cash personal checks, but can cash travelers checks. Please check with the Concierge for local banks or ATM locations on property.
The Diamond Lane makes check-in a breeze. To provide a smooth, quick and easy check-in experience for you, we invite you to fill out our Diamond Lane check-in form. Submit it at least seven days hours prior to your scheduled and confirmed arrival date, and we’ll be better prepared to welcome you to the resort.
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. local time. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation. You will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check in.
The on-site Concierge is available to assist you with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and area excursions and activities.
Dining plans are offered through Atlantis, Paradise Island and must be purchased at least three days prior to your arrival at Harborside Resort at Atlantis. The Concierge can assist you with the purchase of a dining plan. Information and pricing for dining plans and individual restaurants can be found here*.

Credit Card Deposit Policy
Please note that the food and beverage outlets at Atlantis operate cashless. The resort will authorize an initial credit card deposit equal to $100 per day at check-in. Additional authorizations will be obtained as required throughout the stay.
Cribs, High chairs and Additional Bedding
If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with cribs and high chairs upon request. These items are limited in supply and therefore not guaranteed. Charges may apply.
Effective Jan. 1, 2018, Harborside Resort at Atlantis no longer offers rollaway beds in any villa. Each villa is equipped with a sleeper sofa that may be utilized for Guests.
To make arrangements, please contact the resort directly up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. The resort will make every effort to fulfill your requests, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may result in last-minute changes. As a result, special requests that have been fulfilled will not be confirmed prior to the check-in process on the day of arrival.
Harborside Resort at Atlantis offers cocktails and light meals such as burgers, steaks and salads at The Pointe Restaurant & Bar. As a guest at Harborside Resort at Atlantis, you may also choose to enjoy the array of dining options* at Atlantis, Paradise Island.

Harborside Resort at Atlantis offers transportation (fees apply) to a local grocery store* in Harbour Bay Shopping Plaza. Grocery delivery service is available once you have visited the store and established an account.
Please note that Harborside Resort at Atlantis will not accept delivery for grocery items on behalf of guests. We are also unable to store any perishable or refrigerated items prior to your check-in. Therefore such items should only be purchased after you have access to your villa.
Internet access is available in your villa and throughout the resort (fees & taxes apply). Please note that if you have reserved a lockoff villa, the fee is assessed for each side of the lockoff where the Internet is accessed. Contact the resort directly for current Internet fees.
The Business Center also offers internet, computer, printing and faxing services (fees apply).

To ensure your comfort and safety, and to maintain the quality of your villa, our vacation ownership resort does not permit pets on resort grounds or in the villas, with the exception of trained service animals with proper documentation. Shuttles to Atlantis
The Harborside Resort at Atlantis courtesy shuttle service runs every 15 minutes from 8 a.m. to midnight daily, with continuous service between Harborside Resort at Atlantis, Coral Towers, Royal Towers and The Cove Atlantis. The Royal Towers shuttle service continues until 2 a.m. Owners and guests who require an accessible shuttle should advise the Concierge to contact the shuttle driver one hour prior to desired pick up time.
The Atlantis courtesy shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, with continuous service between Atlantis Royal Tower, Beach Tower, Coral Tower, as well as Ocean Club Golf Course every 30 minutes.
Harborside Resort at Atlantis prohibits smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside the villas, the villa balconies and around all pool areas and public spaces.
Harborside Resort at Atlantis strictly enforces its policy of smoke-free villas. If signs of smoking are detected in your villa or balcony, a $350 nonrefundable fee will be added to your folio. There are designated smoking areas around the resort.
Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may result in last-minute changes. As a result, villa assignment or special requests will only be confirmed during the check-in process. The resort will make every effort to fulfill your other requests, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. We are unable to accept special requests for phase, view or specific villa number location. Other special requests should be placed directly with the resort 24 hours or more in advance of your arrival. Changes to the arrival or departure date or to villa type will result in a loss of priority for fulfilling special requests.
Lynden Pindling International Airport (formerly Nassau International Airport) is approximately 13 miles from Atlantis, and a taxi is the easiest form of transportation to travel from the airport to the resort. If you desire other transportation options, the Concierge is happy to provide the contact information for other reputable transportation vendors.
