As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.

We invite you to check in any time after 4 p.m., and request that you check out by 10 a.m. If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, you're welcome to leave your bags with us at the Front Desk so that you may enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your safety, we will only issue villa keys to those who are listed on your reservation, unless you are otherwise notified.
Rollaway beds are only available in premium first floor rooms and subject to a nightly fee.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

All of our nightly rental guests are provided a complete villa cleaning each day and a sheet change every third day, with the exception of those rate plans that do not include service. Verify the rate plan before booking your reservation to see if it includes daily housekeeping service.If you ever have special requirements, we're ready to assist you. Pets are not permitted on the resort grounds. Trained service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets and are welcome at the resort. If a pet that is not a service animal is present in a villa, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to the guest’s bill.
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited inside villas and on balconies and lanais. If signs of smoking are detected, a $200 fee will be applied to your folio. Additionally, in compliance with the Smoke Free Arizona Act, smoking is prohibited around swimming pools, in children’s play areas, and in other public places. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, which are available throughout the resort.
