The villas at Sheraton Kaua‘i Resort Villas are located across the street from the ocean in the Garden Wing of the resort. None of the villas offer a view of the ocean. Villas are smaller in square footage and offer a lower occupancy than similar Vistana™ Signature Experiences resorts in similar locations. The state of Hawaiʻi assesses an occupancy tax on vacation ownership villas that is payable at check-out. This tax will range between $10 and $27 per night, based on the size of the occupied villa.
