In addition to the wonderland of world-class golf opportunities within your back yard at PGA Village™, many more challenging courses can be found at the inviting golf clubs in the community and surrounding areas.
Santa Lucia River Club Course at Ballantrae
Completely renovated in 2006 under the direction of Jack Nicklaus, this par-72 championship course was designed on 402 acres of upland preserves, oak hammocks and majestic pines. Come before your round and enjoy the practice facilities featuring sand bunkers and putting and chipping greens.
Hammock Creek
You’ll enjoy the Palm City golf course of Hammock Creek, just a short drive from the PGA Sheraton Vacation Resort. It was masterfully designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son Jack Nicklaus II and has become a local favorite. With five sets of tees on every hole, it’s a relaxing course to try with varying skill levels in your group.
Florida Club
When looking for a more traditional round of golf, you’ll enjoy the long, wide fairways of the Florida Club. Located in neighboring Stuart, Florida, this well-manicured, par-72 course features large oaks, pines, palmettos and abundant wildlife creating an inviting setting for a day of play. There’s no reason everyone can’t play together here—five sets of tees make play comfortable for all skill levels.
