Resort Maintenance projects — throughout 2020

Sheraton Vistana Resort has various resort improvement and maintenance projects planned throughout the year, including villa building renovations in the Lakes phase in July and Fountains I phase in September.

Pool maintenance closures are slated for the Lakes, Spa, and Springs pools that require one pool at a time to close. The other pools and outdoor whirlpool spas will remain open and available for Guests to enjoy. Dates for this project are not determined.

The Fountains Recreation Center will undergo maintenance that will require that location to close during the project, but the other activities centers and activity stations will remain open. Dates for this project are not yet determined.

Springs Villa Renovations — through March 2020

The Springs phase will undergo a villa renovation anticipated to last through late March. The project will require one villa building at a time to close for occupancy. Owners and Guests will be relocated into like accommodations.

Continue to check back as additional information will be posted as renovation schedules are finalized. Please note that these dates are tentative and may change as required.
