The First Coast beaches stretch from Vilano Beach north of St. Augustine to Crescent Beach in the south. The Intracoastal Waterway naturally divides the mainland from the barrier islands with their miles of gorgeous coastline with many public areas for beach recreation and relaxation. The town of St. Augustine is quaint and rich in history…and very much worth a trip. Along with New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach, you can still drive in certain areas of St. Augustine beaches.

I would like to recommend this particular historic site because it was my choice 28 years ago to visit.
