As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Guests may not bring outside alcohol to any of the resort swimming pool areas.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. A limit of 200 USD applies.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
We invite you to check in after 4pm, and request that you check out before 10am. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Guests departing prior to their scheduled check-out, which is confirmed at check-in, will be charged one night's room rate and tax.
If you're traveling with children, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have the cribs and highchairs you need. Rollaway beds are available in our large one-bedroom villas for a nightly fee. Call Starwood toll free at (800) 325-3535 (U.S. & Canada) for more details or to make arrangements.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

All nightly rental guests enjoy a complete villa cleaning daily. Before booking your reservation, verify if your rate plan includes daily housekeeping service. Please inform us of any special requirements. Just call us directly at (1)(760) 636-7000 or let us know at time of arrival.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property with the exception of Service Animals.
The resort includes several pool areas for our guests' enjoyment: an outdoor whirlpool spa a main pool, a family pool, and a flume pool with waterslide. All waterslides require that riders be a minimum of 48 inches tall. Partner riding is not permitted. Novelty floats are not permitted.
We're dedicated to providing a comfortable and healthy environment for our guests. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas and pool areas. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
