Prior to heading to the beach, you may consider the Skin Care and Reef Awareness clinic — you'll discover tips and tricks to protect yourself and the islands’ natural beauty from harmful sun rays and synthetic chemicals.

Other workshops let you embrace Hawaiian culture with storytelling around the Pailolo fire pit, hula lessons, an intro to the Hawaiian language or discovering how to navigate using the stars like sailors of old.

Vistana Community Member "Maui Nei Lahaina History and Culture Tour" — 03/15/2018 "Maui Nei Lahaina History and Culture Tour" 03/15/2018 This was a great tour and education of the Hawaiian people as well as early Lahaina. We went on a private tour with Wainana Kealoha and will plan another tour with her next year.
Vistana Community Member "Cultural events, language, history, music." — 02/20/2018 "Cultural events, language, history, music." 02/20/2018 The cultural center at the resort has several programs that highlight the history and culture of the islands. We took ukulele lessons, language lessons and a history presentation. We also took a special fitness session with island themed activities! The staff was wonderful. It was a great balance between being interesting, educational and enjoyable! Overall, fascinating!!
