The Mexican state of Baja California Sur assesses a hospitality tax that is due upon check-out. The tax — charged in Mexican pesos — is subject to currency conversion with your banking institution and subject to change without prior notice. The hospitality tax is assessed by villa size and ranges between an estimated MXN$140 to MXN$535 per night.
Guests of the Baja Point phase are not assessed the nightly hospitality tax.
Effective February 28, 2023, all hotels in Los Cabos municipality collect the Derecho de Saneamiento Ambiental at the moment of check-in or upon check-out. It is up to 145.20 pesos per room per night. Certain Bonvoy benefits do not apply at this resort.
