As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $200.
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
If you're traveling with little ones, just let us know, and we'll make sure you have the cribs you need. Rollaways are not available.
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Cribs may incur extra charges. Highchairs are also available by request.

All nightly rental guests enjoy a complete villa cleaning daily, with the exception of rate plans that do not include service. Before booking your reservation, verify if your rate plan includes daily housekeeping service. Please inform us of any special requirements.
Pets are not permitted on resort grounds. Trained service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not considered pets and are welcome at the resort. If a pet is present in a villa, a cleaning fee of 200 USD will be charged to the guest’s bill.
Breathe in the fresh air. Our resort is smoke-free. Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in all enclosed public areas, including the villas. A fee may be charged to cover the expense of restoring the smoke-free environment of our villas. In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
