Interactive live shows, a Conservation Center, authentic animal habitat exhibits, safari tours and a kid-friendly Discovery Center are just the beginning of the adventures you can expect during a day of exploration at this nature preserve.
You can spend the day hiking three trails offering hands-on adventure through the desert. Private, behind-the-scenes tours are also available for those looking to get an up-close look at desert life. When you’re ready to let loose, bring the kids to Gecko Gulch, an interactive outdoor playground full of fun and adventure. Or take a spin on the endangered species Carousel—always a great way to end the day.

Loved this experience with my grandchild. It was a very hot day and the animals were fun to watch. The hands on experiences were very entertaining for the kids. I would love to go back when it is cooler than the day we went in August
