This promotion is sponsored by Vistana Vacation Services, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 9002 San Marco Ct., Orlando, Florida 32819. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding the Province of Québec), or Puerto Rico, and be 18 years of age or older as of Jan. 10, 2018, to enter. Entries that contain errors or are mechanically reproduced, incomplete, or illegible will not be accepted. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules, which shall be final and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on Oct. 1, 2018, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Dec. 31, 2018. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor.

ENTRY PERIOD

Entries (as defined below) will be submitted automatically when Entrants register (set up an account) at vistana.com/register between 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on Oct. 1, 2018, and 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on Dec. 31, 2018 (the “Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the end of the Entry Period.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must register (set up an account) at vistana.com/register by entering your name, email address, and mailing address; setting up a username, password, and security question and selecting “submit.” Limit one (1) Entry per person. You may not register as an Entrant or enter more than one time. You may not use more than one account, email address, mailing address, or identity.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES REGARDING ENTRIES

You represent and warrant that your Entry does not and shall not comprise or contain, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion: (A) false statements or misrepresentations of your affiliation with a person or entity; (B) personally identifying information or other personal or identifying information about you or any individual; (C) materials or statements that are false, deceptive, misleading, scandalous, indecent, obscene, unlawful, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, tortious, threatening, harassing, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or racially or ethnically offensive, or nudity, pornographic images, explicit sexual themes, or graphic violence; (D) anything encouraging conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, could give rise to criminal civil liability, or could violate any law, or that could otherwise be considered inappropriate; (E) any advertising, promotion or other solicitation, or any third-party brand name or trademark; (F) any material, non-public information about the Sponsor; or (G) any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other harmful code or component.

ENTRIES

You may not submit identical or substantially similar Entries more than once during the Entry Period or use any robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like methods to enter the Sweepstakes. No changes may be made to an Entry once it has been submitted. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccessible, corrupted, or otherwise unusable Entries; any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, server, service provider, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; garbled or jumbled files or transmissions; service provider, internet, website (including the Sweepstakes site), or software inaccessibility or unavailability; internet traffic congestion; or unauthorized intervention. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors or inaccuracies in connection with the Sweepstakes. Proof of Entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.

PRIZE DRAWING

On or around Jan. 15, 2019, one randomly selected Prizewinner who entered The Ultimate Vacation: Vacation Your Way Sweepstakes and who also registered on vistana.com/register will be awarded:

Twenty-five thousand (25,000) loyalty points from the Starwood Preferred Guest^® program. In order to collect the prize, winner must be a member of the SPG^® program. Membership is free and can be obtained at spg.com.

Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

VERIFICATION

Potential Prizewinner will be notified within seven (7) days of the selection of Prizewinner by email, phone or overnight delivery. Prizewinner and all Entries are subject to verification to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and the Terms of Use and Content Rules of the Sweepstakes site.

If a potential Prizewinner is a Canadian resident, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY

Employees of Vistana Signature Experiences, Inc., ILG, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, and suppliers, and their families and prize providers and their subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, and suppliers and their families are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All travel arrangements and vacation activities are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. Prizes are not transferrable. Potential Prizewinner is required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release. If the Prizewinner is ineligible or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Affidavit and Release are not returned within seven (7) days of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prizewinner selected. There will be no substitution of any prize except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded; provided no such substitute prize shall be from prize provider without its prior written consent. Cash equivalents of any prize will not be substituted. Entry constitutes Prizewinner’s permission to use his/her name, photograph, and/or voice recordings for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

PRIZEWINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Confirmed Prizewinner’s name will also be posted on the vistana.com/sweepstakes website approximately thirty (30) days after the prize is awarded.

OPERATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and to select the Prizewinner from Entries received prior to the action taken.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All Entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Vistana Signature Experiences, Inc., ILG, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, prize providers, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or any travel related thereto, including, but not limited to, liability for personal injury, death, damage, or loss, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any other activity.
