Service Animals Welcome
A look at the service animal and no pet policy.
A service animal is typically a dog or miniature horse trained to perform work or a task to assist its owner. Sheraton® Vacation Club, Westin® Vacation Club, and other villa resorts in the Vistana Signature Network® welcome service animals to their properties. Family pets are not permitted.
Can I bring my service animal to the resort?
Yes. Resorts across the U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico welcome service animals in the rooms and at the resort.
Is there a fee to bring my service animal?
No, you will not be charged a fee or deposit for your service animal.
Can I bring my pet to the resort?
To remain consistent with the no-pet policy and contribute to a positive experience for all Owners and guests, resorts will only welcome service animals. Personal pets are not allowed.
If I have my pet with me, can the resort find arrangements for them during my stay?
None of the resorts have the facilities to keep pets on-site. Make arrangements to board your pet prior to leaving for your stay. If you’re traveling with your pet, the resort may be able to recommend local, third-party pet boarding facilities.*
