Loan Center Frequently asked questions

If you wish to update your banking information or if you are entering new bank information for the first time, you will click on “Your Loan Center”, “Automatic Payment Program” and select “From Your Bank Account”. You will need to cancel the existing payment plan by clicking on “Cancel Automatic Payment Plan” and enroll using your new banking information. If you wish to update your credit card information, click on “Automatic Payment Program” and select “From Your Credit Card” and update fields accordingly.

Advisory! If you signed up to participate in the Automatic Payment Plan at the time you purchased your ownership and signed an Interest Rate Adjustment Rider to the Note, your interest rate will increase if you cancel your participation in the program

By clicking “The Loan Center” option, select “Payoff Information” and choose the preferred payment option to view information.

When you are ready you can contact either your sales representative or express your desire to Owner Services and they will have a sales representative contact you.

Click on “The Loan Center” select View Tax Forms and choose the year from the options provided.

Go to the Loan Center, click on “Make a Payment”, Select payment type. Fill in the appropriate field and make sure to check the box labeled “Exclude Current Payment Amount.” Then select, “Make Payment.”

You should contact the county’s clerk’s office where you purchased your property to obtain a copy of your deed.
