Vistana Signature Network (VSN) Elite Membership Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are for Vistana Signature Network™ (“VSN”) members enrolled in VSN Elite. VSN Elite is a collection of benefits for those VSN members whose Vacation Ownership Interest(s) (“VOIs”) meet the minimum eligibility criteria and have a sufficient number of StarOptions^®.

1. There currently exist three VSN Elite membership tiers: Three-Star, Four-Star and Five-Star. Each Elite membership tier is associated with certain benefits and privileges. Some benefits of VSN Elite, such as early check-in and late check-out, are subject to availability, resort and VSN Rules and may not be available at all 20 award-winning villa resorts within the VSN collection or to all VSN Elite membership tiers.

2. VSN members who become delinquent in the payment of any VSN fees, maintenance fees, taxes, dues, assessments or other charges or who no longer own VOIs having the requisite StarOptions value to qualify for VSN Elite membership, may be terminated (or qualification level reduced, as appropriate) from VSN Elite.

3. VSN Elite membership and related benefits are not transferrable. Only the purchasers named in the Purchase and Sale Agreement for a VOI are eligible to receive and utilize VSN Elite benefits. Third parties are not eligible to receive VSN Elite benefits. Discounts and offers are subject to change.

4. Only authorized VSN resorts may offer and enroll VSN members into VSN Elite. VOIs purchased through an unauthorized third-party broker or on the resale market do not qualify for VSN Elite membership.

5. Only one Primary User will be issued a Starwood Preferred Guest^® (“SPG”) Platinum membership per Five-Star VSN Elite membership, regardless of how many purchasers or Primary Users are named on the Purchase and Sale Agreement(s) for a VOI.

6. Four-Star and Five-Star VSN Elite members may request to be placed on a waiting list for reservations during the Network Float Period. The waiting list is only valid up to 60 days before the requested arrival date, at which point it ends and requests are no longer held.

7. VSN Elite eligibility criteria and qualification information are available from VSN resorts. In addition to having the minimum StarOptions requirement in order to qualify for VSN Elite membership, a member must also own with Vistana™ Signature Experiences a minimum of two (2) VOIs, one of which must be an annual VOI or a minimum of three (3) biennial VOIs. For the purpose of qualifying for VSN Elite membership, biennial VOIs will be treated as possessing half of the StarOptions of an equivalent annual VOI.

8. Except as specifically provided in these terms and conditions, all VSN rules apply to VSN Elite members. VSN Elite—including eligibility criteria and each feature and benefit of membership—is subject to additions, modifications and/or termination at any time. While it is anticipated that the VSN Operator will continue to operate VSN Elite, any decisions to purchase a VOI should be based primarily on the use of the VOI, and not the continued availability of VSN Elite and its benefits.
