Winnings will be credited to the Prizewinner’s account within four (4) weeks of prize acceptance date. Approximate retail value is $4,300. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. Vacation package (including accommodations and airfare) must be consumed within 12 months of accepting the prize.
Each Vistana Owner who submits five (5) eligible, unique referral leads, residing in different households, will receive 2,000 Starpoints® from the Starwood Preferred Guest® program credited to their SPG account on their Owner profile. Approximate retail value is $70. Starpoints from the Starwood Preferred Guest program received through Vistana Signature Experiences cannot be transferred to Marriott Rewards®. Points will be processed within 30 days of Sweepstakes conclusion. Redemption of Starpoints is subject to the Starwood Preferred Guest program terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice. Odds of winning for any prize are the number of qualified entries received divided by one (1). All prizes will be awarded. For Ontario, Canada, legal residents only: In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered via telephone at a mutually convenient time.
Potential Prizewinners will be notified within seven (7) days of drawing by email, phone or overnight delivery. Prizewinners are subject to verification.
Employees of Vistana Vacation Ownership, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers, and their families, prize providers and their subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, suppliers and their families are not eligible to participate. Potential Prizewinner is required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release. If a Prizewinner is ineligible or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Affidavit and Release are not returned within ten (10) days of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prizewinner selected. There will be no substitution of any prize, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Cash equivalents of any prize will not be substituted. Entry constitutes each Prizewinner’s permission to use his/her name, photograph and/or voice recordings for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and to select the Prizewinner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered.
All entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, prize providers and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, including liability for personal injury, death, damage or loss.
