2018 OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This promotion is sponsored by Vistana Vacation Ownership, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 9002 San Marco Ct., Orlando, Florida 32819. You must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding the Province of Québec) or Puerto Rico, and be 21 years of age or older as of July 1, 2018, to enter. 1) Visit the official sweepstakes website at ultimatevacationsweeps.com and follow the instructions found on the entry pages, subject to the terms and conditions therein. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules, which shall be final and conclusive on all matters. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on October 1, 2018, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2018. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

Each individual who enters the Ultimate Vacation Experiences: Vacation Your Way will be deemed an “Entrant.” You may not register as an Entrant or enter more than one time or use more than one account, email address, mailing address, or identity. Limit one (1) entry per person.

ENTRY PERIOD

Entries (as defined below) may be submitted through the Sweepstakes website between 12:01 a.m. EST on October 1, 2018, and 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2018 (the “Entry Period”). Entries will not be accepted after the end of the Entry Period.

ENTRIES

Sponsor may take whatever actions it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion to protect the Sponsor and the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation removing or disqualifying any Entrant or Entry, and retains sole discretion as to what constitutes unsuitable content. Any Entry that does not meet all Entry requirements may, upon discovery by Sponsor, be subject to disqualification. You may not submit identical or substantially similar Entries more than once during the Sweepstakes Entry Period or use any robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like methods to enter the Sweepstakes. No changes may be made to an Entry once it has been submitted. Sponsor does not assume responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccessible, corrupted, or otherwise unusable Entries; any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, server, service provider, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; garbled or jumbled files or transmissions; service provider, internet, website (including the Sweepstakes website), or software inaccessibility or unavailability; internet traffic congestion; or unauthorized intervention. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors or inaccuracies in connection with the Sweepstakes. Proof of Entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received.

PRIZE DRAWING

On or around January 15, 2019, one randomly selected prizewinner will be awarded:

Fifty thousand (50,000) SPG® points. In order to collect the prize, winner must be a member of the SPG program. Membership is free and can be obtained at spg.com.

Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

VERIFICATION

Potential prizewinners will be notified within seven (7) days of the selection of winners by email, phone or overnight delivery. Prizewinners and all Entries are subject to verification to ensure compliance with these Official Rules and the Terms of Use and Content Rules of the Sweepstakes Site. If a potential Prizewinner is a Canadian resident, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone or email without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY

Employees of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, LLC., Vistana Vacation Ownership, Inc., ILG, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, suppliers, and their families, prize providers and their subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, suppliers and their families are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All travel arrangements and vacation activities are the sole responsibility of each prizewinner. Prizes are not transferrable. Potential prizewinners are required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release. If a prizewinner is ineligible or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Affidavit and Release are not returned within seven (7) days of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate prizewinner selected. Sponsor will attempt to award the prize to a limit of three (3) potential prizewinners. There will be no substitution of any prize, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded, provided no such substitute prize shall be from Prize Provider without its prior written consent. Cash equivalents of any prize will not be substituted. Entry constitutes each prizewinner’s permission to use his/her name, photograph and/or voice recordings for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

PRIZEWINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

For the names of the prizewinners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Ultimate Vacation Experiences: Vacation Your Way” 9002 San Marco Ct, Orlando, FL 32819. Confirmed prizewinners’ names will also be posted on the official Sweepstakes website https://vistana.com/sweepstakes/ultimate-vacation/rules approximately thirty (30) days after the prize is awarded.

OPERATIONS

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and to select the prizewinner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken.

By providing this information, you authorize Sponsor: to collect, process and use such information for lawful, business-related purposes; to store your information at and transmit it to various locations throughout the world, either directly or through third-party vendors, whether within your country of residence, the United States, or elsewhere. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, ILG and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, prize providers and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or any travel related thereto, including, but not limited to liability for personal injury, death, damage or loss, or participation in the Sweepstakes or any other activity.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, municipal and provincial laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any principles of conflict of laws. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Florida. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Florida and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Florida. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorney’s fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
